Adex Gel is a highly moisturising and protective skin emollient with an anti-inflammatory ingredient to reduce inflammation and redness. It is for the treatment and management of dry and/or inflamed skin conditions such as mild to moderate atopic dermatitis, various forms of eczema, contact dermatitis, and psoriasis. Its moisturising properties are due to its high oil content and the inclusion of glycerol which holds water in the skin. The added anti‑inflammatory action is provided by a medicinal substance, nicotinamide, which is related to vitamin B. This combination of emollient and anti‑inflammatory makes Adex Gel a convenient treatment that can be used all over the body and for as long as necessary – whether only occasionally, such as during flare ups, or continuously. Such use may help reduce reliance on more potent anti-inflammatory treatments such as corticosteroids and immunomodulators. Adex Gel is free from dyes and fragrances and is suitable for use by adults, the elderly, and children from 1 year of age.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Instant Pharmacy believes we will not let you down with any purchase. But still if you change your mind or face any problem with your order, our return and exchange policy provides that you may return products within 14 days from delivery subject to witnessing the conditions:

Should you want to get a refund or send an item back, you need to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the package. Then, you have up to 14 days to return the product in total, making it 28 days for every return. Please note that we only accept items that have been returned with their original labels intact within the 14-day time and request that you call us within that time ahead of our inquiry.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

For refunds to be issued, we recommend our customers refrain from using the product or removing it from the original packaging. Retaining compromised items is ruled out as we will retain the ability to deny a return request under these circumstances.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
