Vitabiotics Perfectil Skin Extra Support is a daily dual-pack food supplement for adults, with 28 Perfectil tablets and 28 Nutri-dermal capsules, which is 28 days at one of each a day. The tablet is a multivitamin and mineral formula, and the capsule adds extra biotin with omega-3 fish oil, starflower oil, blackcurrant seed oil and coenzyme Q10. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, zinc to normal hair, and selenium to normal nails.
You take one tablet and one capsule together each day with your main meal. The pack is not suitable for vegetarians because it contains fish oil and a gelatin capsule shell. It also contains soya and fish. It is a food supplement and should be taken alongside a varied, balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking an anticoagulant, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before you start.

How Perfectil Skin Extra Support Works
The tablet and capsule work as a pair. The tablet supplies a broad range of vitamins and minerals, including the zinc and selenium that contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. The Nutri-dermal capsule adds a further dose of biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, alongside a blend of plant and marine oils.
Taken together as part of a balanced diet, the pack tops up the nutrients the body uses for skin, hair and nails. It does not treat skin conditions such as acne, eczema or psoriasis, and it does not replace medical advice.

How to Use
- Take one tablet and one capsule together once a day.
- Take them with or immediately after your main meal, not at breakfast, and on a full stomach.
- Swallow whole with water or a cold drink. Do not chew.
- Do not exceed the recommended intake.
- Store in a cool, dry place, out of the sight and reach of children.

Before you use it: Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you are under medical supervision, pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition or haemochromatosis, have food allergies, or are allergic to any ingredient. The capsules contain omega-3 fish oil, so if you take an anticoagulant such as warfarin, ask your doctor first. The tablet contains iron, which may be harmful to very young children if taken in excess.
