Ingredients
The active ingredients Vicks VapoRub contains are levomenthol (2.75% w/w), camphor (5.00% w/w), eucalyptus oil (1.50% w/w), and turpentine oil (5.00% w/w).

How to Use
Adults & Children over 2:
- Rub On: Massage gently onto chest, throat (and back for a greater effect).
- Inhale: Put a heaped teaspoonful in hot water and inhale fumes for about 10-15 minutes (eyes shut).
- Frequency: Repeat this process if necessary 2-4 times daily.
- Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only.
