Track your order

All our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. Check where yours is with your order number and email, or your tracking number.

Need help?

Order number: it's in your order confirmation email and starts with #. Use the same email address you ordered with.
Tracking number: once your order has left us, we email you a dispatch confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number. It has two letters, nine numbers and ends in GB.
Just dispatched? The first Royal Mail update usually appears by the next working day.
Can't find our emails? Check your spam or junk folder for a message from Instant Pharmacy.
