Recovering from eye surgery puts different demands on your eye than everyday dryness does. The surface needs to heal as well as stay comfortable, which is the gap AEON Repair is built to fill. Rather than just adding moisture, it combines sodium hyaluronate with vitamins A and E and a beta-glucan compound, ingredients chosen specifically to support the eye's own repair process during post-operative recovery, not only to relieve dryness.
It's part of the Rayner AEON range developed with ophthalmic surgeons, and sits alongside AEON Protect and AEON Protect Plus as the option specifically aimed at the recovery period immediately after surgery, as well as relief from corneal ulcers and corneal inflammation.

How AEON Repair Works
AEON Repair takes a different approach from a standard lubricating eye drop, because recovery after surgery needs more than moisture alone.
Sodium hyaluronate, at 0.15% here, provides the baseline lubrication that any dry eye drop needs, keeping the surface comfortable as it heals. Vitamins A and E are included specifically because of their established role in supporting epithelial tissue, the type of cell layer that covers the eye's surface and is often disturbed during surgery. Carboxymethyl beta-glucan adds a further moisturising effect, helping the solution stay on the eye's surface and support it through the recovery window. Together, these ingredients are formulated to aid visual outcomes after surgery rather than simply papering over dryness symptoms.
The drop is held in a sterile, preservative-free dropper system, the same approach used elsewhere in the AEON range, so a recovering eye isn't exposed to a chemical preservative while it's already more sensitive than usual.

How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid.
- Instil 1 drop into the affected eye or eyes, or follow the specific routine your surgeon or eye care professional has given you.
- Avoid touching the eye or eyelid with the dropper tip.
- Replace the cap tightly after use, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Discard 6 months after opening, and keep out of the sight and reach of children.
