This grey, scored, oblong tablet marked "Select" and "WI" offers a comprehensive blend of essential nutrients. It can be consumed once daily. The tablet comprises vitamins such as A, C, D, E, and B in combined amounts of 9 mcg, 9 mg, 1 mcg, 3 m,g, and 125 ml, respectively. Plus, Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, and Iron minerals are present in the combined amounts of 2 mg, 125 mg, 15 mg, and 4 mg. To top it off Selenium, 75 mcg, and Chromium, 1 mcg, are included to further boost the benefits.
