E45 Cream is a clinically proven emollient indicated for the treatment and symptomatic relief of dry, flaking, and itchy skin conditions. This fragrance-free medical cream is formulated to address both everyday skin dryness and more serious dermatological complaints, including e45 cream eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis, and specific cases of dry psoriasis. By establishing a protective surface layer over the skin matrix, it seals in moisture while preventing environmental irritants from triggering localized flare-ups.

The non-greasy formula is suitable for the entire family, including infants over the age of one month. It functions by mimicking the skin's natural lipid barrier to soften rough tissue and reduce the urge to scratch. To accommodate different treatment scales and patient preferences, the product is stocked in four standard packaging sizes: a travel-ready e45 cream 50g tube, a localized daily e45 cream 125g application tube, a traditional e45 cream 350g tub, and a high-volume e45 cream 500g pump dispenser pack for chronic condition maintenance.

Ingredients:

• Active Ingredients: White Soft Paraffin BP 14.5% w/w, Light Liquid Paraffin PH EUR 12.6% w/w, and Hypoallergenic Anhydrous Lanolin (Medilan®) 1.0% w/w.
• Excipients: Glyceryl Monostearate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Cetostearyl Sulphate, Carbomer, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, Purified Water.

How to Use:

• Application Technique: Apply the cream liberally directly to clean, dry skin patches. Smooth the emollient gently into the skin following the natural direction of hair growth to avoid blocking follicular paths.
• Daily Frequency: Repeat the application two to three times a day, or as frequently as required whenever the skin feels tight, dry, or uncomfortable.
• Patch Testing: For individuals with highly reactive skin types, perform a localized patch test on the inner forearm prior to widespread application to monitor for potential hypersensitivity.
• E45 Cream Side Effects: Adverse reactions are exceptionally rare. However, transient skin irritation, localized redness, burning, or mild contact dermatitis may occur in individuals sensitive to specific excipients, such as cetyl alcohol or the hydroxybenzoate preservatives. If these symptoms manifest, discontinue application immediately.
• Flammability Warning: This formulation contains paraffin. Keep treated skin, contaminated clothing, and dressings completely away from open flames, lit cigarettes, or other active ignition sources due to fire risk.
