Evolve Revive is a restorative eye drop formulated for moderate to severe dry eyes, designed to provide long lasting hydration and support the natural repair of the eye's surface. It combines 0.2% sodium hyaluronate with 0.2% Carbomer 980 in a proprietary co-polymer matrix, giving it a thicker, longer acting formula than standard hyaluronic acid drops.
Unlike many intensive dry eye drops, Evolve Revive is compatible with all types of contact lenses, which makes it a practical option for lens wearers who would otherwise need to remove their lenses before using a high strength drop. It's also suitable for sensitive eyes and post procedure care, and the preservative, phosphate and buffer free formula means it can be used without the irritation that some preserved drops cause with regular use.

How Evolve Revive Works
Evolve Revive relieves dry eye symptoms through the combined action of its two main ingredients.
Sodium hyaluronate is a substance naturally found throughout the body, including the eye, known for its ability to attract and hold onto water. At 0.2% concentration, it spreads across the eye's surface to form a hydrating layer that helps restore moisture to dry, irritated tissue.
Carbomer 980 is a polymer that adds viscosity and staying power to the formula, helping it cling to the eye's surface for longer than a thinner, water-based drop would. Combined in Evolve's co-polymer matrix, the two ingredients work together to provide more sustained relief than either would alone, which is why Revive is positioned for more severe or persistent dry eye rather than occasional mild dryness.

How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
- Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
- Apply one drop into each eye, without letting the bottle tip touch your eye or skin.
- Blink a few times to spread the drop evenly across the eye's surface.
- Usual dosing: one drop in each eye, twice a day, or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or optician.
- Can be used without removing contact lenses, though if you're unsure whether your own lenses are suitable, it's worth checking with your optometrist first.
- Discard 90 days after opening, and do not use beyond the expiry date printed on the pack.
