Returns and Refund Policy

Instant Pharmacy believes we will not let you down with any purchases. But still if you change your mind or face any problem with your order, our return and exchange policy provides that you may return products within 28 days from delivery subject to extenuating conditions.

How to Request a Return

Should you want to get a refund or send an item back, you need to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the package. Then, you have up to 14 days to return the product in total, making it 28 days for every return. Please note that we only accept items that have been returned with their original labels intact within the 14-day limit and request that you call us within that time ahead of our inquiry.

Eligibility for Returns

For refunds to be issued, we recommend our customers refrain from using the product or removing it from the original packaging. Returning compromised items is ruled out as well. We retain the ability to deny a return request under these circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For your health and hygiene, some stated items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged, which includes:

  • Medicines and prescription-based products.
  • Exclusively, opened or unsealed items.

How to Return Items

In line with your intention to return an item, we will assist you in each return step. Returnable items can be sent back to us, yet customers must cover the shipping fees. To avoid any mishaps in the return process, we suggest opting for recorded delivery assistance.

Refund Processing

Following the reception of the returned item, a refund will be processed within a timeline of 3 to 5 working days. it may take some more days depending on your original payment method. Please also be informed that return shipping expense is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We do not allow exchanges for any Item and You need to understand this. If You wish to have a different Item then the Item that You have will need to be returned and a new order will have to be placed.
