Returns Policy

Returns: We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all tags intact. Exclusions apply for perishable items, intimate goods, and items with limited shelf life. Contact customer support via email or live chat to initiate a return and obtain authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
